Reality is, that's the preferred trio in those positions vs. RHP until two things happen:

1) Gattis to catcher (better than Castro vs. all pitching)

2) Moran, Kemp and/or Bregman are on the team

Just to beat a dead horse on the worst starters. Last year, Valbuena had a .808 OPS against righties. We need to have a true platoon with Marwin at 3B and wait a month to see if he'll start hitting.

As for Gomez, he might start hitting better and still do enough stupid shite to hurt us. Who knows? Sigh.
