Good call. They are always a threat going into the season.

Not a bad pick. I like their QB and with Holgerson their offense might be really good. Also, with the controversy, like Nebraska, they might be able to really around it. And if they can somehow upset LSU in Morgantown, they could get themselves into title talk.

Florida
Florida State
Notre Dame
Texas

Teams that have recruited extremely well and 2 teams that have been in the hunt in recent years.

They have EJ "Baby Jamarcus" Manuel,

His play will be the key. Well that, and the Oklahoma game. Even if FSU loses the OU game, they could still run through the ACC, but like Carl said, 13-1 probably won't get them in. Only positive is that the OU game is at the beginning of the year; so, FSU will have time to recover in the rankings.

I saw one of the "experts" on ESPN listing Northwestern as a dark horse.

I don't see it at all.

I can. Dan Persa is the best QB no one's heard about.

I don't think FSU really counts as a dark horse, they should start the year in the top 10 if not top 5.

Notre Dame would be my choice.

Dude can flat out ball on the football field. I hope he comes back from injury and gets back to 100%.
