Middle school, I think. Somewhere around that time. I'd have to confirm that

When did he move to Haughton?

He was probably in kindergarten. His oldest brother was a year ahead of me and his other brother was my age. He was in my class in 5th grade so that would put dak around kindergarten.

Literally had he gone to any other school he'd be a first round pick. The stigma of that offense and tebow being the best thing it ever produced under mullen

Why is he such a surprise?? We knew he could make all the throws and could run the ball. What's the thing that you weren't sold on??

Yeah he's really from vinton. His uncle is Phillip evarb who used to be in bands in the LC area back in my day.

Alex Smith has been getting a QB NFL pay check for 10 years after running Mullen's shitty college offense

Good friends with Phil Ebarb. Dak's grandma was a longtime kindergarten teacher and his grandfather (RIP) was the middle school principal in Vinton.

Do we think he progress as well at LSU as he did under Mullen at MSU? I think Mullen had a lot to do with Dak.

the Cowboys coaches got to work with him first hand at the Senior Bowl.

probably just a coincidence though.

but maybe not.. he was a 4th round pick

He's originally from Vinton.

Let's just say Calcasieu and be good with that.

his demeanor and poise has been the most impressive aspect of his game so far to me.

He has always been like that. He played with my step-brother growing up. He RARELY got rattled but consistency was always his issue. He pretty much has it all physically. He's calm under pressure and isn't really a screw up...which would be easy considering his family life. Not saying his family is bad or anything but he's easily the most driven and ambitious of the bunch.

If he's under the right coach he'll be pretty solid.
