Dak Prescott is a great QB, but how many first year QB's have had a great season year one and then tank? The Cowboys need Romo's playoff experience.

Not many with Prescott's skill set. RGIII was a run first QB and wrecked his knees. Kaepernick is a similar story.

What makes you think that Prescott will regress? He could get hurt but that unpredictable and Romo has a MUCH higher chance of injury. The game should get easier for Dak in year two.

I fought they good fight for a long time, but in the end even i had to concede they have no more use for Romo. It's Dak's team and it is time to get rid of #9

They're in a tough spot, but they should have made the right decision and gone back to Romo. He would have at worst got them to the NFC championship game. I know I know, Dak played pretty well in the 2nd half against a terrible Packers defense.....Romo woulda straight up torched them for 400+ yards and however many Tds he wanted to throw that game. You know and I know it!!
Dak is a one year wonder more than likely. Nothing special about his arm whatsoever

I'm one of the biggest Romo homers and believers out there, but he only has like 2 playoff wins so I can't tell if you're serious or not.

I'd love it if he stayed as a backup

His wife and kids are here and he's got to think about life after football.

Never understood this reasoning.

This is like saying, I want the surgeon who has done 10 surgeries over the guy who has only done one or two - sure the guy who performed 10 surgeries had all his patients die on him...but hey, he's got experience losing.

Y'all need to change these threads up and call for dumping Dak AND Romo and bringing Aikman back.

At least he's old and broken with rings.

You're saying you want the new surgeon who has a 100% failure rate, over the veteran surgeon who has had some patients live.

If they want more playoff defeats, they should stick with Romo.

You seem pretty knowledgable when it comes to sports. Can you give us your thoughts on Johnny Jones coaching abilities?
