We are only a game and a half back right now (two in the loss column)... But I don't care about the seeding. It's all about the matchups. Y'all want the Clippers, and we don't. Can we just make a deal?

Yup. I agree. Even just a couple of years ago, the Rockets got in with Harden (who missed the preseason with the team), a young Parsons, Asik, Lin, and some scrubs. That was a great experience. We even took OKC to 6 games (of course Westbrook was injured).
I think it's funny how dismissed we are just because we supposedly can't get our of the first round. If you look at the individual series, you can see that we completely have belonged. The last time I remember the Rockets being completely dominated in the playoffs was with Steve Francis and Cuttino Mobley against the Lakers years ago.

And neither of those teams scare me. In fact Spurs fans don't want to play the Rockets at all if you ask. And I think Harden would love to knock off the Thunder.

I don't want to play Golden State in the 1st. Not worried about the other teams. We can beat them, they can beat us. That's just how it is. Whoever makes the Finals from the West will have earned it.

It'd be awesome to get in but I'm also happy that we are showing some good progress lately as well.
Bench is actually pretty competent after being awful to start and the PT they're getting know together is huge.

Well it is extremely unlikely that we play Golden State. We would have to drop to the 8 seed. And I'm concerned about the Clippers, whether you are or not. Yeah. We beat them the other day, but that was without Griffin. J.J. Redick and their help defense is Harden's kryptonite, which seems ridiculous, but it's the case.
