It's a good deal for HOU tho. Straily prob moves into the rotation immediately, and Valbuena is a nice LH bat off the bench, who is also a serviceable starter if needed.

Great deal for both teams. Lead off CF with decent OBP was a huge missing piece for the Cubs.

Cubs needed an OBP guy. The Stros kind of neeeed him too, but he's not in their future plans and they aren't competing this year anyway.
