Both these teams are good and it's gonna be a dog fight. Who you think we match up best with?

I prefer Dodgers. If this series goes 5, they won't be able to matchup Grienke and Kershaw against Lester and Arrieta. We will also be in a good situation to get up early and pressure them into 3 day rest starts.

Mets rotation is so deep and their bats are hot.

Either way, our rotation is setup for 4 games of Lester and Jake. Tonight's win key for that.

A Mets/Cubs NLCS would be more intriguing IMO. Mets have fought their way back to this spot. If you have no team in it, these are the two you could easily pull for.

But I can't pull for the cubbies

Mets/Cubs would be more fun because it's two losing franchises.

Rotation: Lester, Arrieta, Hendricks, Hammel, repeat?
Dodgers throwing Kershaw tonight, Gruenke in 5? If so, hopefully that means we'd only see them each once? Or maybe only 1 twice???

The Cubs were 7-0 against the Mets in the regular season. So, I think I'd rather the Dodgers.

The Mets do have a deep rotation, but the Dodgers' is top heavy. I like our chances against either.

think i would rather the Mets. Dont want any part of Kershaw or Grienke. You know they'll find a way to get them 2 starts a piece.

rather take my chances with the young Met arms. Plus they are mostly righthanded, we can throw out any lineup we want.

Arrieta should be able to sue ear in three starts, Game 1 and then 4 and 7 each on three days rest. Lester can take Games 2 and 6 probably needing full rest between starts. Greinke would not be able to pitch Sunday, so Dodgers probably rest Kershaw an extra day and pitch Kershaw games 2 and 5/6 and Greinke games 3 and 6/7. I'd rather the Dodgers like that.
