Not sure i'm ok with that much tinkering but now certainly isn't the time to start casting doubt.

Well, Coghlan is 0-for-life against Cole, and plays even worse at PNC, so there's merit to the thought process.
Watch Maddon bring out the old 867-5309 lineup and screw with us all

No, it wasn't about Coghlan...I don't have a problem with him sitting. It was with Schwarber playing RF and Bryant playing LF...to me it should be switched, but piggidy made sense of it too with the PNC Park dimensions being a factor.

Definitely the dimensions. LF at PNC is the size of a football field

This is a good thing because we have a RHP and almost all of the Pirates hitters are right-handed. I think they only have Walker and Alvarez who are switch hitters.
The Coghlan vs Cole splits are logical in benching Coghlan. I just think it would be crazy to start LaStella.

Question: How soon are replays available on MLBtv? Day after or sooner than that?
Posted on 10/7/15 at 9:08 am to BCMCubs
I know they post highlights during the game. I've never tried watching a replay to be honest. I would imagine it would be after the game.

Anyone else think Clint Hurdle is making a mistake starting Cole over Liriano?

Nah...I wouldn't be calling him an idiot if he did, but you go with your ace.
Posted on 10/7/15 at 9:13 am to The Sad Banana
no way. could you imagine the Pirates losing the play in game on one of Lirano's 2 IP 6ER 4 BB 7H games?
Posted on 10/7/15 at 9:19 am to The Sad Banana
The Cubs have always had trouble with Liriano but I couldn't start anyone but Cole if I were him.

So you go to kirklands or wherever and get these little yard flags and they say "welcome to fall" or some shite and you put them in your flowerbed or whatever and forget about them. Nope. I marched this right out to the street so everyone can see that this house? This house #FlyTheW.
I've been so worked up about this game! It's gonna be great!
