One of the few who can get away with being totally smug. Watch the beginning of the game when he gets brought into the conversation, he does this little shake with the mic and smiles, it's great.

Voice aside, he's easily one of the best color guys in the business as far as content, x's and o's and knowledge is concerned IMO.
Him and Michaels make a great duo.
ETA: he has a way of making things simple and "dumbing" them down, but not cross over the threshold of John Madden. I don't personally need that, but I think it's great to have for the average viewer.

I think it's gotten worse over the years. Because I dorm remember him being this bad.
I read Dungy's book and the dude is a just all around good guy. niy exactly fun to listen to all game. I don't jknow.. Maybe I've turned into an cynical a-hole.

The man made 300lb tumors, someone shooting milk out of their eye, and people speed stacking solo cups, etc. sound exciting for three years. He aight in my book.
