Create your best/worst starting 5 under these conditions

Late night thread idea. NBA obviously
Pick your worst possible starting 5 of players who have played 20 minutes or more a game this season and played in at least 30 games.
On the other hand, pick your best possible starting 5 of players who have played under 20 minutes a game this season and played at least 30 games.
They also cannot be out for the season. And last thing is you cannot pick any Sixers or Knicks for worst team because they have been trotting out borderline D league teams. Must play ESPN assigned position as well.
Late addition: Add a 6th man
Here are mine:
Worst over 20 mins:
C Zaza Pachulia
PF Marvin Williams
SF Joe Ingles
SG Andre Roberson
PG Shabazz Napier
6th man Austin Rivers
Best under 20 mins:
C Marreese Speights (thought he would be considered a PF, but nope)
PF Mike Scott
SF Al-Farouq Aminu
SG Thabo Sefolosha
PG Dennis Schroder
6th man Shaun Livingston
