Flynn is worse than these guys, remember he got beat out by Terrell Pryor and Jeff Tuel/Thad Lewis.

Philbin was the QB coach when Flynn was in GB. When Philbin went to MIA Flynn was a FA. Did Philbin even attempt to sign him? To have a QB around who was familiar with the system? Maybe give Flynn a shot to start for his team? Nah neither of those. 
His great game that everyone brings up was a Week 17 game against a 4-12 team who was just ready for the season to be over.

Sucks as a head coach, great QB coach. He knew better than anyone else what Flynn could and couldn't do and he didn't want any part of him in MIA. That along with Flynn not being able to beat out any QB at any of his stops after GB tells me(and you) all we need to know.

I'm just gonna go with poor judgement on coaches that ending up getting fired
Kinda like Cam getting fired, then his team went on to win the SB

Flynn mastered McCarthey's system in GB. That is the extent of his NFL career. Good for him though.

Matt only seems to be effective as an NFL QB in Green Bay. He can't make it anywhere else.
