Why would FSU leave what is an inside track to the BCSCG by beating only Miami and VT, to compete with Oklahoma, Okie Lite and Texas every year? I don't see it happening.

I stopped reading when the article suggested that FSU would replace Mizzou in the North.

How in the frick does FSU playing in the big 12 north make any fricking sense whatsoever. The school is literally in the middle of the fricking SEC.

The Big 12 always had a geography issue... the biggest problem being all the prime recruiting states were in the south (leaving kansas, iowa, missouri, nebraska, colorado in the north vs texas in the south).
If we play fantasy land and FSU jumps to the Big 12 (for reasons that are not all that logical IMO) - they might be able to finally fix their geography based recruiting issues by making East and West divisions instead of North and South
