Ah yes, the coveted Carlos Huerta Award, named for the player who was the kicker during the Schnellenberger, Jimmy Johnson, and Erickson regimes at Da U. seen here with a 1-bar helmet for effect.

It's always kickers

I feel like UGA has had several kickers last the better part of a decade.

Guessing it's just because you hear their names and recognize them, but never really focus on them too much or where they are in their college career.

Can't believe it took 3 pages to name him. His name immediately comes to mind whenever this topic comes up.

It went Taylor Martinez to Tommy Armstrong at NU. Who is Lee?

I do not remember any QB named Lee at NU, even back before Frazier.

Jeff Demps. Seemed like he was at Florida for 10 years.

I think he was 32/32 the 8 games he kicked vs FSU

QB Chuckie Keeton was Phil Steele's Utah State photo for about 10 years.

It's a bit off-topic to mention it, but this thread contains the whitest of white whales around here: the elusive double post bookending multiple other posts by multiple other posters. It is legend. Seriously, I've been here years and I can't remember ever seeing that before.

Yes, I am easily amazed. Why do you ask?
