frick this guy. He was the James Harden of CBB. Flail his arms wildly when driving to the basket and get to the line. The refs single handedly allowed him and Nova to beat Robert Morris in the 2010 tourney.

damn, even I didn't put him on my list, probably should have. Saw him in high school. He was more hyped at The Colony than his teammate Deron Willams. Whoops

Tyrese Rice from Boston College was so fun to watch.

Dumbest thing that school ever did was fire Al Skinner.

They simply were not winning like they used to under him.

Chris Jackson is my all-time favorite.

But I miss unsung guys like Ricky Blanton, Ollie Brown, Bernard Woodside, Don Redden, Jose Vargas, Dennis Tracey. This thread also reminded me that Ben McDonald saw some time on the hardwood. Good times.

Eh, Boston College is not an easy place to recruit/win and Al Skinner was able to do both. He was tremendous at finding that diamond-in-the-rough (i.e. Tyrese Rice, Jared Dudley, Troy Bell, Louis Hinnant, Craig Smith) that would help BC win games. Pushing him out to get Steve Donahue was underwhelming, to say the least. Not to say that I think Skinner would still be coaching BC today, but it was too early.
