All these people trying to be hardasses saying it's just business are fools. What business puts up with shite like that from an employee, even a CEO? None.

Well that's a terrible analogy. For starters you can always go hire another top CEO. If jimbo could kick Winston off the team and immediately hire Prescott away from Miss St he would. Second, CEO's of massive corporations are billionaires with connections you can't even imagine. We have no idea what they may or may not get away with, but i think it's pretty safe to say they've gotten away with more than Winston and not lost their jobs. Hell, look at jim irsay.
