1 game suspensions in the regular season with 2-3 games suspensions in the post season. That'll really put a stop to it in the playoffs.
I am fine with this

Really don't understand how the league can get away with this bullshite. I would appeal instantly. Flopping or not. it's part of the game, if he sells it and the ref buys it. That's all there is to it.

how much were the three officials fined for missing that flop? wasnt even a good flop and yet it fooled THREE different referees, i dont even...

as long as flops are penalized with poverty wages the smart players will continue to do so.

hell, the teach youth a young age to *sell* the charge; its part of the game.

As long as the player knows this is a possible consequence I'm ok with it

very hard for officials to distinguish it at game speed and going to replay for every possible flop is implausible. refs can't be held accountable for this that is retarded

he'll get to save his pocket change of course or donate it to a charity of his choice instead of giving it to the damn NBA.

why are you assuming he'll win an appeal he won't win?

I'm not assuming anything. You asked me what an appeal would get you and I answered you. If I'm an NBA athlete I'm not giving my money to the NBA over this.

How else are you not goingtto give the nba the money other than losing the appeal?

Your answer to what an appeal would get was:
quote:

he'll get to save his pocket change of course

How can you possibly say you didn't assume he'd win?

we'll let the arbitrator or judge whomever decide. This is bullshite as I said. This is part of the game, it's been goingt on not like it just started. Don't like it change the damn rule, but fining people is bull.

you seem to be confused as to what I said in reference to your question. I don't get what's funny??

No one makes this much noise about all the wide receivers in the NFL who pussy bitch about every fricking non-call. They act like they get raped everytime they don't make a catch.

somehow i doubt the NBA league office is concerned over your opinion of the league rules....

you should write them a letter tho. let us know how that goes.
