Christ. Just own the shite already and stop making excuses. It was despicable the way that guy was treated.

Bartman should walk out there to throw the first pitch, chunk the ball over the catcher, rip off his Cubs gear to reveal his tribe gear underneath, and then flip off the shittiest fans in baseball.

that would be epic

I don't give a shite about the Cubs at all buy I watched "Catching Hell" a few weeks ago on ESPN and now I hope those degenerate fricks never win a single game for the rest of eternity. The shite that guy went through with the death threats, having to have police stationed outside of his mom's house, his friends turning their backs on him.... it was one of the most despicable thing I've ever seen.

People just sort of assumed that Alou would have made an incredible catch, too. I'm still not sure how Alex Gonzalez got off the hook for all of these years for booting a gift wrapped double play ball.

no, just no on so many levels no,
if bartman was such a huge Cubs fan he would have watched and not interfered with the play...

Knowing Bartman, he'd throw a wild pitch that would ricochet into the Cubs dugout and break Jon Lester and Jake Arrieta's pitching arms and knock out Anthony Rizzo and Kris Bryant

This. Not no but HELL NO

He shouldn't have.

Funny how the one that ended game six to send them to the WS was an identical play.

oh hell no would be my response if I were Bartman, imagine the hate he'd get if they have him throw out a first pitch and then the Indians win the series.

He'd legit have to move out of the country. Maybe room with Snowden in Moscow.

The Cubs finally made it. They are so good that people don't criticize them for being a joke and sucking any more. They mock them for a fan meltdown that they celebrated when the Cubs melted and choked against the Marlins.

I'm thrilled that the Cubs and their fans finally get attacked for being classless low-lives, instead of for being associated with a bunch of stupid idiots that presided over the greatest ineptitude in sports history.

I'll wear "it's a playground for the cocksuckers" as a badge of honor as should the rest of Cubs fans. Lee Elia's rant was hilarious.

I'm a Cub fan, and I don't blame Bartman. The dude was an idiot for interfering, but I think what happened to him is horrible.

I think should the Cubs win the WS, they should do something nice for him. Something equally as nice as all the terrible shite that has happened to him.

What that guy has gone through is deplorable. Unfortunately, there are enough idiot fans in ANY fanbase to call for his blood (or someone who would have done a similar innocent boneheaded thing).

shut the frick up, you are obviously confused and still angry about it all these many years, such a waste, I believe you, bartman and the cubs lost, in part, due to his selfish behavior which makes you the "loser"...

I better idea would be having him out there during the ring ceremony if they do win.

Absolutely do not give those shitty arse fans a reason to hate him more. The man did nothing wrong and that ball was 4 inches from being some other poor soul.

The Cubs lost because they're a shite franchise.

These idiots should've been sending their death threats to Alex Gonzales and the rest of those shitty players that gave up 8 runs in the 8th then went on to lose game 7.

Or, ya know, just not send a death threat at all.
