Those last two innings were brutal to watch. Uhey always is, but no more 9 day layoffs for WD.

Thought Pat said 6-1 last night. Either way still good

Updated OP.
Lets hope the starting pitching awesomeness of late rubs off on Eddie Butler

really need Eddie Butler to produce. I was reading an article today about how the "movable pieces" for the Cubs to acquire an elite SP for the run would likely be Baez, then Schwarber, then Happ... I'd rather see neither of them on the move

Lead-off double.... not ideal

This whole 5th starter thing has not been working out well.

Edward Butler couldn't throw a strike last time out. Let's hope that was just a blip on the radar.

He looks like he isn't even trying on those swings

Nice glove work, too. Your reigning, defending NL MVP, folks.
BCM, you have any insight on the announcers being silent at times during the broadcast? I love the sounds of the game. Wasn't sure if it was an MLBtv thing or something Len and Jim do as fan service.

One of the smoothest swings I've seen since Griffey, Jr.

I prefer it. So far they haven't said a word during the second inning. Good stuff. I watched just about every game last year, and they didn't do it. Pretty cool addition, if you ask me.

Same here. The sounds of the game are awesome. Other sports broadcasts, I'd rather just listen to music and watch. Len and Jim are very good at their jobs.
