He had to lead the league in pitchers that had 1/3 of an inning appearances. Seemed like they couldn't finish a game unless he used at least 5 pitchers.

I was just about to write something about that to go along with his misuse of pitchers. It could be a 9-0 game either way for the Astros and he would use like 4 or 5 bull pen guys. Sometimes 3 guys per inning.

This is true.

But it doesn't mean that Cooper was worth a shite.

I agree, but some were acting like it was all his fault. I just don't think the manager matters all that much. Your real culprit is the GM that put that "team" together.

For the moment. If you would like to compare young players on the two teams, i'll be more than happy to oblige.

No thanks, the Reds have a load of youngsters and the Astros are ready for the retirement home. Reds should be fine in a year or two. Surprised they didn't do better this year.

The amount of injuries this teamed sustained was astronomical. At one point during the season, including the starting rotation, we had like 2-3 guys on the opening day lineup card playing.

They'd be better than they are right now, that's for sure....not saying they'd win a WS.

And if they had better players they would win more too.

It's about time. He is by far the worst manager in baseball.
