I'm surprised it was unanimous after the game against NW.

They get blown out by and unranked team and only drop 2 spots.

i hate northwestern. they run the shot clock down and chuck up a 3 with no time left. it keeps them in the game against anybody though when the shots are falling

thad said after the game he'd rather somebody punch him in the face than go through that again.

If it works do it. Nothing cheap about it.

If anything we should be better against it because we know when they are going to shoot. It was hard on Saturday because they were making some hard shots and the ball never seems to bounce less than 15 feet from the hoop after their long last second shots.

oh it works for them. god knows how bad they'd be if they didn't have that system.

the turning point could have been that 7 point possesion with that new elbow rule. but hey, keep winning bucktown bullies

Bucks are the only undefeated team in the country. #2 team lost, #3 team lost, #4 team lost, and OSU (in addition to NW win) blew out a top 15 team... there was no way the Bucks weren't going to be unanimous.

Yeah I see what you are saying. The fact that we almost lost to a bad NW team without their best player wouldn't make me surprised if we were not unanimous #1.

didnt mean for this to be a buckeye circle jerk but i guess that's kinda expected.

i have no qualms with really any of the top 10, dont really care too much about the rest right now.

kansas is almost assuredly gonna go 2-0 @texas tech and @nebraska this week so don't slip up bucks. specifically looking at sunday @minnesota

My buddy is a big Kansas fan so I am driving out there to go to the Mizzou game next week.

I think I am going all Kansas for one night, and hopefully I can experience what a real game atmosphere is like.

Any tips on good bars? (I guess assuming that you live in Kansas.)

ETA:

Just saw your profile and you don't .

Still....any good bars?

Funny that during football season we hear over and over about wanting a playoff.

Then in basketball season, where we have one, rankings are still seen as important.
