According to @ChrisBHaynes, one trade proposition would land both Paul George and Kenneth Faried on the Cavaliers.

The specific players Denver would have sent to Indiana are not immediately known, but veteran forwards Kenneth Faried and Wilson Chandler and guard Emmanuel Mudiay are all known to be available. The Nuggets, sources say, have made versatile big man Nikola Jokic and prized first-year guard Jamal Murray off-limits in trade discussions.

In one version of the potential three-team swap, Faried would be Cleveland-bound, league sources told ESPN.

Huh? His contract is a nice value under the new CBA.

People need to ask a simple question, is he a top 30 player? If the answer is yes, his contract isn't atrocious.

He's in his prime, the issue is he got reduced to a Ryan Anderson role

Atp, the Lakers would have to bring in a 3rd team that would be interested in Randle or Clarkaon imo. Not sure what else they could offer Indiana because it's obvious Magic has made Ball and Ingram untouchable thank god

Ryan Anderson $20mil per year on average

Love $22mil per year on average

who would you rather?

Love is pretty solid. He's still a good/great true PF...however idk how much of today's NBA utilizes them.

He's been exposed by quicker forwards and when his 3 isn't falling, he disappears offensively at least... unless he's playing the Hawks or Blazers.

I would say we're probably looking for a three team deal but the most likely scenario of us getting him is waiting until all these other offers are off the table.

Chris Bosh wasn't joking when he said playing with lebron was rough. Same thing happening to Love where everyone thinks he sucks

Faried and Tristan are basically the same player.

Iirc Faried was one of the worst defensive players in the league this year, which is why he had very inconsistent minutes (plus trade rumors)

He was hurt a lot. I think they had a log jam at his position too.

Nuggets post defense would rival the worst of time. Their offense would be a thing of beauty though. I hope they hold on to Harris and Juancho as well.

Lakers fans should be nervous about this possibility more than any other.

meh. paul george is something that should always have been considered a luxury. for where we are as a franchise, we should be focused on building a foundation (ie, NOT TRADING YOUNG PLAYERS WITH POTENTIAL) instead of hunting for stars like paul george and lebron

if paul george wants to come next summer, awesome, but if not, thats perfectly ok
