Except for this guy.

If that's the case then what is the point of this thread.

You tell me what say Jimmy Butler has in being traded.

You're right. The bulls wouldn't have won that 1 game against GSW.

The bulls have a veteran backcourt and OPTIONS in the front court. They need to just forget about all their bull shite.
Are you actually arguing that Butler staying with CHI is a better option than going to CLE from a winning standpoint?

So at 33yrs old (or whatever bron is) you actually believe he is willing to waste a season and not try to improve and tell butler to stay put?

Yes. I'd imagine LeBron values friendships, yes.

such peasant logic

Gilbert has zero opportunities to move anyone if Lebron doesnt exist and the franchise likely continues to crumble.

Cleveland was a sinking ship before Lebron convinced Kyrie to stay.

IDFK, ask the OP.

It sounds to me like Cleveland is a sinking ship. If Chicago's front-court gets figured out they're solid.

Jimmy's gotta start getting along with Bobby Portis for that to work, though.

without a lebron, of course, that is why he has all the leverage here.

when he left they won 19, 21, 24, and 33 games total

from a 61 win season to a 19 win season in just one season

of course gilbert needs to cater to lebron, lebron has singlehandedly kept his franchise alive

That's because he has no idea what he's doing. He deserves credit for being incompetent?

Put any of us on this board in his place and all of us would be at least in the exact same position as him. Well, speaking for myself, I might be in a little better position because I wouldn't have written that ridiculous letter.

Bull. No one in here knows how to massage the ego of the best basketball player in the world. You pretty much either bow down to him or stand up to him if you have the pedigree. Gilbert's options are minimal.

c on z, you think Lebron privately wanted Griffin extended and Gilbert let him go anyway? No way.

And neither does Dan Gilbert, so what part of his post is "bull"??

There are quotes from LeBron months ago on the record staying it was crazy that Griffin wasn't extended. THat's literally what happened here, why are we trying to deny it?

I will never love Lebron

I will begrudgingly root for him if he becomes a Laker
