Can't believe he actually got the money. Was hoping the cavs got pissed and dropped his off to 5 years\75 mill . Dude was really starting to be a big bitch asking for 94 mill.

Will end up being the worst contract in the league most likely but at least it wont be as bad in a couple of years with the salary cap skyrocketing

Thompson reps kept pushing story client would sit year w/o max deal. Cavs, NBA never bought it. In end, agents caved, accepted lower deal.

I guess this makes it official....

This dude is worth half that. He's an ok player but he's definitely nothing special.

Glad it's over with. Way too much but who cares, the Cavs were over the cap anyway and couldn't have replaced him.

Makes me wonder why the likes of Stromile, Tyrus Thomas and Anthony Randolph don't just forget about ever shooting the ball and focus 100% of their free time working on rebounding and watching video of Rodman

I am completely okay with the idea of Gilbert spending all of his money

Wouldn't matter unless they were on LeBrons team and had rich paul as an agent

TT isn't even that good of a defender. If he was an elite defender I wouldn't care one bit about this contract. Unfortunately all he is an elite rebounder with average defensive skills and a below average offensive game.

He's not going to lose much, if anything. He owns half of Cleveland and LeBron booms that economy.

I'd like to know what Dennis Rodman's contracts were like.
