Carley McCord on 104.5 ESPN...Thoughts?

So apparently 104.5 hired this former beauty queen winner as part of their sports broadcast team.
I listened briefly to her afternoon practice report with Mascona and honestly...I don't get it.
I understand how a pretty face lands a television gig, but there seriously has to be a more talented individual out there available for the same position.
I was heavily involved with the Manship school while I was at LSU, and I acknowledge that there are a number of talented, intelligent, and attractive, female journalists who are damn good at what they do. However, nearly all of them were good in front of a camera. Being behind a mic at a radio station requires an entirely different set of skills. A high-pitched voice isn't all that appealing whenever football is being discussed.

The reason I did not include any pics is because the issue isn't whether or not she is attractive. She's obviously a smokeshow.
