Cardinals just 6.5 game behind the Cubs. Closing the gap

I predicted the Cubs momentum would stall after the All Star Break.
To be fair, the Cards haven't started the 2nd half too hot either, but they managed to get within 6.5 games.
Suddenly it's doable.

6.5 is still a big gap, when you cannot put together a 6-7 game win streak. And cannot win at home.
