Can the Warriors beat the 95-96 Bulls' single regular season win total?

Ridiculously early for this, but the Bulls lost 10 games in the regular season.

Warriors are 4-0 and have beaten the Pelicans twice by an average of 15 points and the Rockets and Grizzlies each once by an average of 35 points. Boredom may be the only thing to stop them from at least tying the record.

No, they won't win 72 games.

But this team is insanely good.

If they can have the same run of good health that they had last year, they will have the best shot of any team since the 96 Bulls.

This team is insane.Their 12th or 13th guy can give them solid D and 10+ points on any given night. Doubt there's another team in the league that can say that.

I think 69-13. They might go like 29-1 against the East, only losing to like Chicago or something.

72-10 is going to be damn near impossible for any team to reach, especially a team in the West. The Warriors did go 67-15 last year, which is an insane record. Winning 65+ games pretty much guarantees you an NBA championship.

13 of their 15 losses last year came on the road, but only 3 of those losses came on back-to-backs. Fatigue won't affect this team. Complacency is the main thing standing in their way.

Hard to believe anyone can beat that record, but if anyone can, it'd be them. I wouldn't bet on it though. That West is brutal.

I think they are quietly going for it. Crazy to see a champion so hungry.

I mean just the numbers don't support it happening

That means for every loss you average a 7-8 game winning streak, for an entire season. It's just insane to think about

It's crazy, but these Warriors are stupid good. Their B game can beat any team in the league. I say they drop 1 at home. That puts them at 35-1. 28-8 seems doable on the road.

That actually names it seem more plausible to me

Actually winning 16 games in the playoffs guarantees you an NBA championship.

Bogut was (in his opinion) intentionally injured already.
One more of the top 8 and its back to the pack.
