Can someone explain the ACC Baseball tournament?

So they have 4 pools? But they allow ties and only play 10 innings?
What are the tie breakers or ways to advance? I can not get the ACC home page to load for some reason.

Thank you for being so eager to help, the gamecast had it as a final at 5-5 with Miami and Georgia Tech. Now it just switched it to the 12th.
That is why I asked.
Did not know if they went into pools like the MVC did one year. The Valley had 3 pools (round robin) the winners went to semis and the 4th team was somehow advanced through various tiebreaks.
They scrapped it after 2 years.
