I mean everyone knew the only way that was ending up was a trainwreck when they drafted him right?

I guess everyone except the Bucs.

Makes our Jean-Baptiste and Grayson picks sting a little less.

It's crazy how much he missed in the pros compared to college. Makes no sense.

And lol at the Bucs for taking a kicker in the 2nd round, no matter how automatic he was in college.

Bucs shouldn't be taking advise from Winston on who to draft.

Should have drafted Derrick Henry instead.

FYI IMO. It should be in every GM's contract that they are not allowed to trade up to the 2nd round for a kicker that they are going to cut after one season.

Yeah, drafting the most accurate kicker in NCAA history is a fricking dumb pick.

Just started watching football? I'm guessing you're another one of those MSB know it alls.

When thinking of the margin of victory coming down to a kicker, you would probably think of a game decided by 3 points or less. With thinking along these lines, games are decided by a kicker in 23.59% of NFL games. That’s pretty significant to think that kickers contribute to almost 25% of wins at the highest level.

Yeah, drafting possibly the best kicker in NCAA history in the second round is moronic.

Most accurate also includes extra points.

quote:

Now I know why you're a Saints fan. He's nearly 90% for his career. Most accurate NCAA kicker of all time if you include field goals. Top 5 if you don't. Kickers are one of the most important players on any team. And the Bucs desperately needed a kicker. Yeah, random internet NFL wizard, a 2nd round pick on Aguayo was fricking dumb.

the bucs won't have to draft / worry about the kicker position until 2036. think about that. it's worth the pick

That's crazy. A kicker just isn't worth that much.

Did he ever self-permaban himself? He was supposed to, but I kind of doubt he went through with it.
