quote:

(CBS) Whether the St. Louis Rams were seriously inquiring about Brett Favre or not, the former NFL quarterback is not making a return, partially because he is starting to feel the toll of 20 years in the league.

In an interview with SportsTalk 570 in Washington D.C. Thursday morning, Favre said he never talked to the Rams, but they did reach out to his agent, Bus Cook. It’s worth pointing out, however, that Cook also represents quarterback Austin Davis, who the Rams did sign. Thus, any conversation with Cook about Favre may not have been all that serious.

Either way, Favre is not coming back, telling the radio station: “It’s flattering, but there’s no way in hell I’m going to do that.”

quote:

Favre went on to say that he has started to experience memory loss, which has frightened him.

You think I'm gonna have fricking sympathy for Brett Favre or any well compensated professional athlete........

These mofos go around complaining about life after football because only a finite # of people can do what they do, and we are suppose to sympathize with them.

He doesn't have memory loss when he gets paid STILL to endorse wrangler.......

Looks like another step to slowly killing the NFL.

No one else is concerned about how this will fit the "water down or abolish the NFL as we know it" agenda?

Maybe Brett is afraid Peyton is about to shatter all his records and he wants the rules lessened so he can say:

"TROLOLOLOL! I'm better than Peyton!!1!"

Brett Favre likes to chime in any time there is some big NFL controversy. Dude loves to hear people say his name.

Saints bounty gate "Oh yeah, they hit me so hard, those cheaters"

Concussions "Oh man, I can't remember my daughter plays a girl sport, damn head blows from those dirty players, especially the saints"

frick that. Favre can go frick himself. I hope every concussion symptom and memory loss he ever has traces back to him laying down so Michael Strahan can break the sack record.

Except Favre was the bigger man in the Saints scandal and seemed to show no ill will towards the team.

There was no bounty. Farva acting appropriately should generate no praise.

He's a cum stain on the sheets of humanity, give him no more credit than he deserves.
