Some folks don't know what a joke is when its right in their face. All he was saying is he hated his time in NE and very glad to move on. Stupid joke and not comparable to actual slavery at all of course. But still stupid

someone said something on one of the other boards that i had never heard before that i thought related to this
it was in regards to the video of the black guy from Alabama talking about going on a fieldtrip to pick cotton, the poster said a field trip to pick cotton should be required of all students to provide a little perspective for everyone
1. teach white ppl that life as a slave in America was not better than regular life in Africa as we are prone to claim
2. teach black people who refer to struggling at entry level jobs for little pay (whites/asians/latinos do these things as well btw) as the equivalent of slavery that that is not even close to being true
this falls under category #2
