The Kyrie Irving era with the Boston Celtics is off to a rocky start as the C's are 0-2 heading into a road game against suddenly legit Philadelphia 76ers Friday night.

Irving has been far from great for the Celtics so far, as he's shot 15-42 from the floor through two games.

Irving and the Celtics look confused often on offense and at one point in the fourth quarter in Wednesday night's loss to Milwaukee, C's head coach Brad Stevens visibly showed his frustration with the flow of the offense when Irving was pounding the basketball. The typically calm coach violently threw himself into his seat on the bench, shaking his head.

After the game, Stevens told his players that they need to be more professional and that they need to "learn the plays."

I never liked the trade

Had no problem dealing the injured Guard, but did not like the deal they made with Cleveland.

Ainge has made some really bad moves after building the team, and having a shite load of assets. He's whizzed them away.

You mean Kyrie's style doesn't fit with the way Steven's coach?

Nahhhhhhhh, you don't say!!!

By the way, 25 shots, 17 points...something Kyrie never did playing with what's his name on that other team he played for.

But them 3 assists tho

This could potentially be one of the most idiotic request for a trade of all time

He did it quite often the first year with LeBron

IF by quite often, you mean he never scored 17 or less when taking 25 or more shots in his 3 years with Lebron, I agree.

It was said that the Celtics were going to be better after the trade.

But Flat-Earther Kyrie told the world he conducted a lot of research before he decided to request a trade

I'm hoping I was wrong. But last season everyone was saying Kyrie was a top 3 pg. Behind Westbrook and Curry. I know some folks who even said he was better than curry.

I would gladly take Wall, Lillard, and Cp3 above Kyrie everyday of the week. This was team was going to be Heyward's team, not Kyrie. Make no mistake.

I see some of the same folks who would be saying "it's been two games" for certain other teams

The hypocrisy is amazing.

I don't know if Irving is top 3 or not. But he has the best handles and is absurdly fast. He just has the gift. I admire him getting away from James and wanting to expand his game. Its just going to be a tough adjustment and losing Hayward is huge. Its a very young team now..
