They desperately needed a capable center to reduce Yao's minutes, so I'll take it. He's played well for Adelman before. Their defense isn't going to be very good anyway.

I would've preferred Chandler and his expiring contract, but it wasn't meant to be.

I think I would have also but everyone on the radio seems to think this is a match made in heaven and he is going to do great under Adelman again so i'm good with it

Was Miller another player who was supposed to go to Miami for chump change?

Hornetards have been giving Houston some credit recently.

No, it was always between us and Chicago. Basically if Chi got JJ it was a lock he was coming here but the amount of dinners and conversations he has had with Rick and Daryl it was highly unlikely he was every signing anywhere else from what i've read

I hate Brad Miller. I know it's not relevant, but, I just like to make it known.

Rockets fans are some of the most delusional fans I have ever known. Back when the FA period first started, the local sports guys were talking about the Rockets getting both Bosh and Joe Johnson, and they we're serious as a heart attack. It's pretty comical.

That was an actual pitch made to Bosh by the GM. Some Rockets fans heard it and got excited. A couple of comments made on Houston radio by a host and a couple of fans doesn't mean the entire fanbase felt that way. Pretty comical.
