Blocking JJ Watt for $1,000,000 Hypothetical

My friends and I were just discussing this hypothetical I came up with. You are given a check for a million dollars. The check is placed 10 feet behind you on the ground. If you can stop JJ Watt from picking it up for 7 seconds without holding or doing anything illegal, you get to keep the million. If he gets it, you get nothing except for maybe your hospital bills covered. He is fully incentivized to get it.
You get to pick as many friends weighing less than 200 pounds to aid you as you would like. However, that million dollar is divided by the amount of friends you pick. How many would you take with you? And what strategy would y'all employ?

If it's on the ground, then we're not blocking anymore. It's more like a fumble recovery.
It's better to think about the check being suspended from a wire about 6 six off the ground.
