If members who can leave at some point want to, it is a good idea. This would further bind them to the conference

Not that it's the highest quality product as is, but why dilute it even further? I think they already got the OK to do the championship game, anyway. But, if they decide to play a championship game with 10 after a round robin, that is pretty stupid.
