Not sure how anyone can say this about BYU with a straight face. They already have a better national perception than a good part of the Big 12. Put them in a P5 for 10 years and that perception will probably improve tremendously.
People tend to think too much about the now when looking at these teams rather than the what could be if they had the money and exposure.
