If a field goal gets kicked and the Pats win by 7 then it just becomes a 14 team parlay instead and he wins.

Know a guy we had the same thing but a $25 bet.
Was 14-0 and his last pick was under 5.5 in a NHL. Game was 3-2 with :35 seconds left when the trailing team pulled their goalie. The puck was cleared by the other team into the open net from 150+ feet. Final Score 4-2.

In case anyone was wondering, the chances of hitting on a 15 team parlay is 1/32768. He's only getting paid 20000 to 1 though.
