I know the title is pretty hypocritical, but for some reason I've noticed a trend on my book's website the last couple of baseball games.

Sometimes when I bet the run line, the amount I'm risking is super duper low. Like last week I tried to put in a $50 bet on the Dodgers vs. Padres run line. When I put it in, it said I was risking $.75 to win $50. Yes you read that correctly.

Well today, I noticed when I bet $100 on the Mariners vs. Twins run line, my transaction page says I'm risking $1.50 to win $100.

I'm just wondering, does it make me a dick for just taking full advantage of this, or can I expect to get a call from my guy when he realizes I'm taking full advantage of this and I'm going to hedge the bet with another $1.50 bet to win $100 on the Twins.

ETA:

It's a local book. Like my parents are friends with the guy who runs it.

My winnings from over the weekend from the Dodgers game are still in my total funds so I don't know if it will take me losing for them to notice or what.

The dick move is outing the guy in a public forum. I don't think you've ever been punched in the face lol you have zero awareness

Where have I outed anyone? I haven't said any website, name or anything. People talk about Bovada and every other site on here. It's a general question.

You're betting with a local who can decide whether he wants to take your action or not. Once he figures it out, I would think he would honor your bets, but he may not take your action anymore.

Have you lost any of these bets? If not I'd wait til you lose one then question him why only a dollar was deducted from your account.
