Are you serious? Duncan, Parker, and Ginobili have all taken less than what the open market would have paid them to stay in SA and contend for titles. Pop and Buford find overseas players and sign them on cheap contracts before the rest of the league realizes how good they are. It doesn't really matter how you get good value contracts does it? It's just important to do so

I think this is more of a statement that SA has the best coach. Take Pop off the bench and tell me what SA does. Take MIA coach out and tell me what Heat does.
Trade Spolstra for Pop and MIA would would be unstoppable, whereas SA would not be going to 3 straight Conference Finals.
