Im surprised they don't make him hold by his ear.

The guy who I respect a lot had 2 musts

Hold by ear (Brees and Chad May use this)
Put the C in your left pocket (I know Brady uses that one)

QBs need to watch tape of Marino. Quickest release of all time.

No because that's unteachable basically.

I want guys watching Brady for upper body and probably Eli or Peyton for feet.

Brady is so consistent in his upper body and follow through.

I wish AJ was the starter somewhere.

Not being a Bama homer or anything, but McCarran is better than many starting QBs out there. He may see himself getting a chance after this year. Dude is a legit QB - not Tom Brady or the upper echelon quality, but good enough to win games, and better than many starters right now.

Me too. I didn't think he'd be very good in the NFL. After watching him these past few years, I think he has a legit shot to be a starter somewhere. It was a damn shame how Burfict and Pacman completely shite their season away last year.

It was only a matter of time until Burfict imploded.

I think he should be a starter somewhere as well.

Who should he start ahead of?

The only close one maybe Tanneyhill and I think Tanneyhill is better athlete and better arm. Maybe Gabbert? But I'd rather know what I'm getting than what I'm not sure of

Of all the QBs who will start this year and he's the one you pick?

Who's gonna start for Den? Cle? San Fran? Bradford? Tanneyhill? I'll look around the league and try to come up with more.

And I damn sure think he should at least be in a competition somewhere and not a career no doubt/no chance to start backup behind a guy who has proven over and over and over that he can't win a big game.

ETA: Don't think he could push Osweiler or Goff and Keenum?

I bet he could give a few a run:

Gabbert, Bridgewater, Tanneyhill, Fitzpatrick, Sanchez/Siemain, Griffin, Keenum, Cousins, Bradford . . .

Bradford
RG3

Are both better than AJ

I listed why Gabbert should start.

ETA: forgot about Denver. He may could start there for 10 games until Lynch gets ready.

Not Ryan Fitzpatrick. Not Kirk Cousins. Not Ryan Tannehill.

The others, yeah, I would say so. He would probably be on par with Sam Bradford.

ETA: Not Teddy Bridgewater, either.

Probably won't take 10 games. Maybe 4-5.
