Have a daughter that isn't even two yet. But would like her to start coming in the cart with me and maybe get her some plastic clubs. Any tips or advice to help get my child to start liking golf?

Take your kid to play mini golf regularly. Putting is half of golf. Also, buy one of those putting carpets and put it in your study or game room.

Promise her a Happy Meal afterward.

Dont let it build a wedge between you two. With any stroke of luck it wood build a relationship on par with best father daughter relationships. But if it gets in the rough dont overreact xause she could end up on the flagpole

Hide her Barbie doll somewhere on the golf course. Tell her she has to play until she finds it.

Maybe use some kind of ice breaker.

Ask your dad for one of his Dorf On Golf vhs tapes. Don't have a VHS player? Maybe there's a Dorf app or something. I don't know man just tell her you'll go away forever unless she plays a full 18 with you

mini golf is the answer. that's how my dad got me into it. if he had made me drive around in the cart with him and i was all bored and shite i wouldve hated it. after she really starts liking mini golf take her to a par 3 course and you can say stuff like "this is when you can really swing away with a big club"

Let her grow up on the course = she will love golf like any of us that were on teeboxes in diapers.

Yep. My dad used to take me to the course with him.
We'd always hide a few of my beginner clubs in his bag. If it wasn't crowded at all, I'd play along with him from the 2nd shot on.
If it was semi crowded, or if dad was playing with other people, then all I could do is putt.
Regardless, I always got to putt everytime out. Dad would also always ask me questions like what club to hit, what kinda shot...things a caddie would usually answer...to help me feel part of his game.

let her hit a few while you are waiting for group ahead of you, but make sure to berate her on every swing.
