Baseball team most likely to falter?

Looking at various websites these are the teams many "experts" pick to make the playoffs....
AL:
Red Sox
Blue Jays
Tigers
Seattle
Royals
White Sox
NL:
Nationals
Pirates
Cardinals
Dodgers
Giants
Cubs
Padres
these seem to be the teams the consensus teams to make the playoffs this year from various websites..... I could see several faltering this year as every single one of them has question marks.
Blue Jays- Jose Bautista health, the starting rotation, and the bullpen
Red Sox- starting rotation, Hanley in LF, will the young guys step up
Tigers- injuries, Verlander, bullpen
Seattle- will they find enough offense
Royals- can the bullpen dominate again? will the offense produce like it did in the postseason
White Sox- will they have enough offense, will the offseason acquisitions make a difference
Nationals- the bullpen, will Bryce Harper break out, how will Zimmerman react at 1B
Pirates- who replaces Martin, will the rotation step up again, what about Pedro Alvarez
Cardinals- Pitching after Wainwright, the offense will they get back on track, how will Heyward react
Dodgers- the OF is a question, how will Pederson do, how will the bullpen do
Giants- Hunter Pence injury cast a huge question mark, will Cain bounce back, what about the Freak, how will McGhee replace Panda
Cubs- can the young guys step up, who pitches behind Lester
Padres- starting rotation, will Kemp, Myers, Upton stay healthy, what about the infield

the only people that say the Cubs can make it are the Cubs...

Boston needs a #1.
Its an odd year so SF won t make it.
I wouldn't bet on KC either.

Cubs will win the Series by sweeping Miami.

Not a huge believer in the Sox. Their pitching is mediocre at best.
The Royals are not that good. I would be surprised if they go .500.
Cubs may not be ready, but they will be competitive and could win 85 games.
Padres are a more of a fantasy baseball team, but they could be fun to watch. They could go anywhere from 75 to 85 wins.

Padres if the rotation stays healthy will have 3 above average starters if the offense stays healthy and actually productive they will be fun to watch

I have heard negative things about Wil Myers, their defense will be shite, and Tyson Ross throws a slider over 40% of the time. That is like worst case scenario stuff, but I would not be surprised if they flopped.
I am very excited to see them play, and I hope they do well though.

Myers next Bob Hamelin

AL I'll choose Red Sox unless they get Hamels and the Royals won't be as lucky as they were last season. NL I'll roll with the Dodgers just to be bold.
The Padres, if healthy, will have 4 above average starters to go along with a very good bullpen... which is a great recipe for in and post season success. And now, they have somewhat of an offense. I'm buying.
And dammit VKC, don't jinx my Wil Myers dammit.

and Vegas. The Cubs have the 5th best odds to win the World Series.

The problem with the Padres is they are in the NL west. This is going to be a good dodger team

I dunno....
Puig has a ton of talent but it seems every year we get 2 different version of him. First of the season he looks like he could be a potential MVP then the second half he tails off, not sure if fatigue or what. Over last 3 seasons he has a line of .334/.401/.551 vs .274/.369/.448 which you see a 100 point reduction in slugging.....
Pederson will he strike out 200 times with the long swing of his or will he make adjustments?
Carl Crawford/Either will either stay healthy and can Van Slyke hit like he did last year in a part time role?
The bullpen has been an expensive mess for several years, will this year be different?

He, puig, went into a major slump through August and september, and was still top 10/15 in OPS in all of baseball. I'm not concerned about puig. Steamer projected him to have a line of .291/.367/.496. His wRC+ projections are like 145. That would be slightly less than what he had last year, 147, but would still be top 15 in all of baseball. I'm not worried about him. Joc and the bullpen are question marks but we are much better in the field and the back end of our rotation is much better. I'm not worried about this team at all even with our whole at bullpen. We are just a deeper team. I won't expect much from ethier this year, even though he did have an OPS at .780 and 120 wRC+ as recent as 2013. I just think he's done

Cubs aren't ready yet, they're going to be around 500 if I had to guess. They will be scary in 16 and beyond though I think as the young talent starts to come up and acclimate.
I also don't believe in the Padres. They made some intriguing moves but I don't think they will just be able to hit the ground running with so many new faces. Plus the NL West
I also could see the Royals having a little bit of a hangover

Which Rollins shows up would worry me, last year Jimmy found a fountain of youth of sorts but if he drops back then he isn't an upgrade from Hanley. (even though he may be a 1 year rental with the kid they have in the minors)
