This is fact..got mine a few days ago, just gotta wait till the 8th to fire it up.

Also, the only catch I could find was that there was a "limited number" of these promotions, so eventually they might run out.

I just bought mine. I also plan on selling the game as soon as I get it basically. I skimmed this thread and didn't see anything, but will the package come with a promotional code, or will I need the actual disc to do anything? My plan is to sell my completely unopened copy of the game to my cousin and only take the promo code to watch the games. Will this work?

There's an information flier inside of the actual case with everything you need to get Sunday Ticket to work. You don't need the actual disc to do anything, but you do have to open up the case to get the info.

shite. I just discovered the only downside of this(personally for me). I just received my shipping email after ordering yesterday, and they're saying I won't get it until Sept 10th. WTF! I'll miss the first full week of games. While I was ordering it estimated i'd get it on Friday. Oh well. What can you do?
