Suspended for good from Virginia after all of one game. Was suspended for the two preseason games and season opener.

He partied a lot at Memphis. Rumor is he picked up a bit of a cocaine habit at UVA now too.
Sam Vecenie said the most likely route now would be to go to the DLeague. Too late to go overseas.
This really sucks. He was a high school teammate of mine and a great kid. Honestly easily could be the case of the helicopter dad driving him crazy.

My son goes to Briarcrest, and that's what he said. Said the rumor going around there (for what that's worth, which isn't much) is that Austin a) was an a-hole b) liked coke and c) liked to whine when he didn't get his way. Add all that up and you don't get to play at Virginia. Of course, that's high school twitter rumor mill stuff, nothing more whatsoever.
