I agree with you with that definition of "decent". The shot was that Rutgers shouldn't be considered P5. They're no worse than Vanderbilt. Purdue is no worse than Arkansas. Indiana is no worse than Kentucky. It's difficult to have a discussion about strength of schedule that matters after three games.

I hope so too. Each team only has 12-13 games, certainly it's reasonable to pour over the schedules when deciding and all this "Army is P5" is moot.
