He's hated by Tennessee fans because he ratted them out for paying him I'm pretty sure. Since no one mentioned it yet

He was hated while he was still there for being selfish and quitting on the team. The bullshite he spewed later only compounded their hate for him. Foster has always been a douche

He's one of the guys that seemed to gravitate towards social media a little too strongly. He liked putting himself out there but then would refuse to answer questions from the local media who were just doing their job.
He's a thinker, which is good in some ways but he gave the impression that he thought he was smarter than everyone else.
At his best, he was a RB that could get the tough yards, go the distance, and also be a weapon catching passes. I thought he may be able to stick around another year or two but his body apparently let him down.

I don't get the hate for him, but I also don't get the love. He always struck me as a slightly dumber Bennett brother, really out there... but not quite smart enough to explain his out there positions.
