WHAT? college is 1000 times worse about commercials
When college goes to commercial kickoff commercial I'll probably lose interest in it too.

there officiating is way worse than the NFL as well
I have no data to back this up but I feel like there are WAY more penalties in NFL games that I watch compared to college.

Also false.

What do you want a college draft? Sabans the GOAT, of course they are gonna be in contention every year, but it's not like they have won 10 consecutive titles or anything. Your defeatism is sad.

CBS had a fricking 5 and a half hour game last week!

No, because I'm a Vikings fan and I love watching their swarming defense

It's the funniest shite when CFB fans bring up too many commercials. That A&M/UT game was like 5 hours long lol.
Posted on 10/13/16 at 11:39 am to RLDSC FAN
It ended at like 7:30-8 started at 2:30
Anyone whose be in attendance for a CBS game in person knows how bad they are. You see That a-hole in the red hat more than you see anything else

I thought my interest in the NFL was declining due to my age (close to 50). I haven't watched a game all year, and I don't feel like I've missed a thing.

Exactly. Both sports have issues that are concerning. The MSB needs to take their homer glasses off and realize that the issues with the NFL end up trickling down to college as well.
I will say that I do love how I'm able to see any college game I want on Saturdays. The NFLs TV package is crap.

I love the NFL. Football is fun to watch no matter how good Denver is doing.

It's been boring since the Tuck rule game.
More rules that make no sense, what's a catch only the wizard of Oz knows, everything is PI can't hit a QB high, can't hit him low...just beg off and let him throw...stupid crazy stats that mean nothing now, Goodell could make Joey Harrington great...dink and dunk, Welker and the Pat's smurfs and all those slots and slants...because a linebacker isn't allowed to take your head off like before.
Opening up the game has taken away the fear...now players play free without any trepidation and that ruins the tension for the fans...you can feel it through the TV...there's no yin and yang O vs D no tension, no balance...it's all one sided a one way street and the D is there to just pray for only a FG attempt.

I've been a football fan since I was old enough to know what it was...and apparently I still don't know what a catch is.
Combine that with the league morphing from fun end zone dances to political statements, constant official reviews, verbose explanations of said review, and a no-hit zone on any offensive player, and my interest has waned as well.
No sport has confused itself as much as football.
