I don't put much stock into it. I watched Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and Frosty the Snowman tonight instead of the Heisman presentation.

The Heisman is a trophy with no real meaning anymore. When was the last time a Heisman winner had a memorable pro career?

Why does the pro career matter? In fact, that's kinda cool that the award is actually given to best college player. The heisman isn't projecting draft prospects or nfl careers, so why are multiple people in this thread hung up on that?

Well Gordon just lost and the guy had 309 carries for 2336 yard and 7.6 ypc avg. That is just fricking stupid.
