Who's the clown who gets a hard on for national HS polls...?

Lets see if they can get past the semis this year? Will they get cleaned by the 13th seed again?

The issue in New Orleans is lack of quality fields available- especially when weather is involved. So, the better fields generally have a 4pm game and then a late game.

Could happen. It’s baseball. Or they could win the title again like they did way back in 2022

And you being so envious of a high school team achieving the national #1 ranking is so pathetic man

Nope...

I think it's a joke, and I laugh every time some Catholic homer has an orgasm over those polls. ... Catholic was ranked 5th in the nation when the 13th seed trounced them 8-2...

I have been around a lot of baseball teams and seen high level baseball teams for a few years now whether some people like it or not Catholic deserves the ranking right now they are that good.

Catholic has a great team no doubt, I just think those national polls are a joke and sets teams up for failure.

Were you in the band? Sometimes the #1 team in college baseball loses to SWAC schools

One game in baseball means absolutely nothing. Nothing

Thanks Mr Wizard...

But SWAC schools aren't usually playing in the semis...

It seems you truly think a good team should never lose a single game. It’s wild

You would think that team would at least make it to state. It's wild...

It’s really not. At any point you can lose a single game in baseball. That’s why they try their best to make most rounds at least 2/3 now

Catholic is clearly one of the best teams in the nation, if not the very best. I’m saying that, in a 1 game scenario it’s baseball they can lose at any time. That’s how all levels of baseball works. Now if you put that one game in a playoff it’s over.

That’s why any level outside of high school would never have a 1 game scenario in a playoff

This will be tough for you to take, but Catholic had the best team last year as well.

Did they display their “best team” participation trophy in the trophy case?

Not enough room in their trophy case for anything other than state titles right now

That's what happens when you have a 3x2 trophy case.

Catholic has won the state title or played for the title/finished runner up at least once in every sport since the 2021-22 school year.

Will wait for the Rummel guy’s critique.
