Yea, I actually am impressed with the fact they even responded... although the first tweet could/was easily be viewed as a complaint on a social media site, and I'm pretty sure major companies have teams of people just to respond to stuff like this. But I'm looking way to into this.. damn funny mistake on their part

They respond to a lot of complaints. I tweeted about how shitty it was that I couldn't pay my baggage fee online before I got to the airport. They tweeted me back an apology.
But, I still think it's shitty, and I'll do everything I can to avoid flying American again.
