Florida State still has to play Louisville on a Thursday night. Their luck will run out eventually.

Notre Dame still has to play Arizona State and Louisville.

Oregon still has to play Stanford and the South Champion.

The only team that is in at this point is the SEC Champion.

If Florida State loses a conference game, they're likely out.

Notre Dame will lose at least one more. They're likely out.

The Big 12 Champion will have 2 losses. They're out.

Right now, my four are:

1. SEC Champion
2. 1-loss Alabama, Ole Miss, or Auburn
3. 1-loss Oregon
4. 1-loss Michigan State

Arizona St in the 20ish range would be ND's best win

Except this isn't true. They are number 17 before beating Stanford. They will move up just outside of the top 10. Then if they beat Utah, they will be in the top 10 by the time Notre Dame plays them. USC could also be a top 10-15 team by the time they play them.

They have potential for some really good wins. Why would you lie about hem being 20ish? Why not just say what they are? I guess its fine if you said this before they beat Stanford assuming they would lose. Fortunately for Notre Dame, they didn't.

I could see USC being the first 2 loss team if they run the table. They'll play UCLA, Notre Dame, and probably Oregon in consecutive weeks. With their losses coming early, I wouldn't be surprised to see them getting in over a second 2 loss SEC team that loses late.

Anyway, my 4 are Alabama, Florida State, Michigan State, and USC. That's my predictions for who gets in.

Uhhh no, Arizona State is not jumping seven places after a Stanford win nor into the top 10 with a Utah win unless most of the teams ranked above them lose. By the way 17 is 20ish

Yes, a 1 loss team ranked number 17 will be moving up to about 10th after winning 3 games in a row(2 against ranked teams).

Why do people keep including Oregon? Their schedule won't merit inclusion.

I said after today not as of today, use your critical thinking skills.

Oregon's schedule won't merit? What does that mean?

Right now the SEC wants status quo and no upsets. It's going to be real hard to argue a 2 loss over a bunch of 1 loss.

They're making a NC not who is best, how hard is that to figure out? Win your conference you get extra help.
